Mission Statement
We, the members of the Guardians of Justice Black Police Officer
Association of the Richmond Police Department are committed to
professional law enforcement; to represent the association
members in maintaining the health and welfare of its membership,
address work related problems and morale issues; to promote
fairness and justice and encourage the membership to work
closely together in a spirit of mutual cooperation; to encourage and
promote good citizenship in the youth of our community; and strive
to enhance the quality of life in our community through support of
various community events and organizations each year.
We strive to assist the Richmond Police Department in continuing
to provide the service that citizens of Richmond have come to
expect.
